FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How secure is my data when I share it ?

We take the security and privacy of your personal data very seriously. Our application uses state-of-the-art encryption technology to protect your data.

  2. What happens to my data after I submit it on your website?

Your data will only be used for the purpose for which it was submitted. We do not share your data with any third-party without your consent.

  3. I’m told that I’m not allowed to share my account. Why do you need my credentials?

We don’t ask you to share your account. We are a data-sharing solution. Your credentials are encrypted and not shared with anyone. We do not make any changes to your account. We can only access your data in order to share it with the requested application or entity requested. You stay in control of your account and your data.

  4. What is the difference between sharing my account and sharing my data?

If you are working on a gig platform such as Uber or Deliveroo, you are not allowed to share your account with others. This means no one else than yourself is allowed to work with your account. However, your work data is your own and does not belong to the gig platform you are working on. You are allowed (and sometimes required) to share your data with any third party of your choice. For example, if you need a loan to buy a new car, your bank will ask for your revenue from these platforms. This means that you can safely and legally share your revenue data through a third-party provider such as Rollee.

  5. Who does your working data belong to?

Any data related to work activity such as earnings, employment, and activity are part of the personal data of the worker. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the worker can consent and revoke consent to sharing their working data. Your working data is protected under GDPR law, and you can control who can access your data.
